MERPP includes a guided data migration toolkit for common ERP and accounting systems. Our implementation team works with you to map, cleanse, and import historical records — including chart of accounts, open invoices, inventory balances, and employee data. Average migration takes 5–10 business days depending on data volume.

MERPP connects natively with over 150 tools including Slack, Google Workspace, Stripe, Zapier, QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot, and major banking APIs. All integrations are managed from the Settings panel and require no custom development for standard configurations.

Yes. MERPP supports multi-entity configurations with separate ledgers, currency handling, and permissions under a single platform login. Consolidated reporting across entities is available in real time on the Analytics module.

MERPP uses role-based access control (RBAC) with granular module-level permissions. Admins can create custom roles, restrict data visibility by department or entity, and enforce two-factor authentication. Enterprise plans support SSO via SAML 2.0 and LDAP.

Implementation follows a structured 3-phase rollout: configuration and data migration, team onboarding and workflow setup, and go-live with dedicated support. Growth plans include rollout design sessions. Enterprise plans include a dedicated implementation program manager and solution architect.

Billing is per-user per-month, with annual billing available at a reduced effective rate. You can upgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Invoices are available in the account billing portal.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Automated backups run every 6 hours with point-in-time recovery available up to 30 days. Enterprise customers on private cloud deployments can configure custom backup schedules and retention policies.

On-premise and private cloud deployments are available on the Enterprise plan. MERPP supports deployment on AWS, Azure, and GCP private environments, as well as bare-metal installations for air-gapped compliance requirements. Our infrastructure team provides architecture guidance during scoping.
